About
With 15 years of experience as a teacher and 5 years dedicated to supporting neurodiverse young people, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a deep passion for empowering individuals with ADHD. My personal experience with ADHD gives me a unique perspective, allowing me to offer an empathetic and practical coaching approach that focuses on turning challenges into strengths.
I trained with ADHD Works, where I learned to apply the executive functioning coaching framework, a methodology that helps individuals develop essential skills to improve focus, organisation, and time management. This training, combined with my teaching experience, allows me to create tailored strategies that help clients navigate the challenges of ADHD with confidence and success.
Outside of coaching, I have a love for sunshine, animals, and musicals, and enjoy spending my days out in the city, soaking in creativity and inspiration. Recently, I’ve also begun learning guitar, adding another layer to my love of music and creativity. These passions inform my approach, where I believe in infusing joy, exploration, and personal growth into every step of the coaching process.
I work closely with my clients to create personalised strategies that enhance focus, build confidence, and help them navigate life with ADHD. Together, we’ll create a path for you to thrive, tapping into your full potential both personally and professionally.
